Custom-Made Products

All Life Story Told products are personalized and made to order, including:

• Custom player names and numbers
• Selected sizes and fits
• Personalized designs, colors, and prints
• Custom football shirts and related sports apparel

Because these items are created exclusively for you, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lifestorytold.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, Life Story Told will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part (for example, incorrect name, number, size, or design not matching your order), we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
